This sequence of charts covers the foundation scope of Archestra strategy spaces.
The highest level of abstraction that describes strategy identifies that strategy answers (solves) questions about the value of pursuing a given future state. It shows how to spatially articulate and relate three essential dimensions (needs, options and requirements) of pursuing the value of the strategy.
Below: PRACTICES are outlined as managed functions of organizational responsivity (referring to the upper pie chart above) within the four strategy spaces identified in the framework above.
In the end, a strategy must be implemented as managed operations or else its only true benefit is in analytically supporting awareness in decision-making.
