The Enterprise Framework identifies the key functional execution areas (columns) of the enterprise’s behavior in each of the logical “spaces” (rows) of strategic importance.
Above: annotated. Below: the original, with labelling calling out Functions and Spaces as the row and column origins.
Managed as practices, the ongoing operation of the functions is also organized by a persistent framework. Every strategy execution function has the same four phases of practice. As seen in these frameworks, the labelling is dedicated to semantics that distinguish each issue as a distinct factor in completeness or effectiveness. Frameworks point out the universe of relevant considerations, each one of which is a variable element that can affect others.
These frameworks are the origin of Archestra Research and have been tested, unchanged, against every major shift or emergence in business and technology up to the time of this posting.
